*** GENERAL RULES

 

THAT GOVERN

 

THE FESTIVAL

 

*Set up times are Wednesday or Thursday.

but absolutely no selling allowed until Friday morning at 7:00 AM through Monday at 7:00 PM.

*If you are setting up and selling at the festival you are required to have a
City business license, fee $25.00

*If you prepare and sell food products at the festival you will be inspected
by the Health Dept, present fee

$25.00 for inspection and selling permit. (Contact #1-859-498 3808 Ext 291)

*No live animals of any kind are allowed to be sold at the festival.

*No games of chance or skill.

*No mechanical rides.

*No animal rides or petting zoos.

*You cannot rent your space or any part of it to someone else.

Violators are subject to be fined as well as shut down.
