2019 - October 18 (Friday), 19 (Saturday), 20 (Sunday) & 21 (Monday)
Hours of Festival: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Daily

Vendors set Up times- 8 am to 8 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday before the show
Vendors must come to our office and pick up your city business license BEFORE you begin setting up!!
All spaces must be paid for in full before you set up!
Space sizes & prices vary depending on location
For merchandise spaces of all kinds, these prices include electric and your city license:
10’ x 10’ $250-$300
20’ x 10’ $300-$350
20’ x 20’ $300-$350-$450
No animals or pets are allowed to be sold at this festival, merchandise or food only.
For Food & Drink spaces- Includes electric, water and your city license (NO Health Permit Included)
10’ x 10' $450-$500
20’ x 10’ $500-$600
20’ x 20’ $600-$800
Food Vendors contact the Health Department for local food permits and inspection fees.

Absolutely no sub-leasing of any part of your space!! You will lose your space!!
After you have been with us the first time REMEMBER to leave a deposit before you leave town to hold your space for the next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your deposit will hold it until September 1st of the next year and THAT’S WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL.
